How to Track Your Package
Step 1: Check Your Email
Look for your order confirmation email from Brivoy. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. This email typically arrives within 1-3 business days after placing your order.
Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number
If you can't find the tracking link in your email, you can manually track your package by:
- Copying your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location)
- Entering your tracking number in their tracking tool
Pro tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the shipping confirmation in your inbox.
Delivery Timeframes
United States Orders: 7-14 business days
International Orders: 15-30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays. These timeframes begin from the date your order ships, not from the date of purchase.
Tracking Not Updating?
Don't worry if your tracking information hasn't updated in 5+ days. This can happen for several reasons:
- Your package is in transit between facilities
- International packages may experience longer gaps between scans
- Weather or operational delays at carrier facilities
- Weekend and holiday processing delays
In most cases, your package is still on its way to you. Tracking will typically update once your package reaches the next scanning facility.
